Band Aid around the world

Lyrics:
(Paul Young)
It's Christmas time
There's no need to be afraid
At Christmas time
We let in light and we banish shade

(Boy George)
And in our world of plenty
We can spread a smile of joy
Throw your arms around the world
At Christmas time

(George Michael)
But say a prayer
Pray for the other ones
At Christmas time it's hard

(Simon LeBon)
But when you're having fun

(Tony Hadley)
There's a world outside your window
And it's a world of dread and fear

(Sting)
Where the only water flowing is
The bitter sting of tears

(Bono + Sting)
And the Christmas bells that are ringing
Are clanging chimes of doom

(Bono)
Well, tonight thank God it's them instead of you.

(Paul Weller + Boy George + Bono + George Michael + Paul Young)
And there won't be snow in Africa this Christmas time.
The greatest gift they'll get this year is life
Where nothing ever grows
No rain or rivers flow
Do they know it's Christmas time at all?

(Glenn Gregory + Martyn Ware)
Here's to you

(Paul Young)
raise a glass for everyone

(Glenn Gregory + Martyn Ware)
Here's to them

(Paul Young)
underneath that burning sun

Do they know it's Christmas time at all?

Chorus (everyone)
Feed the world
Feed the world
Feed the world
Let them know it's Christmas time again
Feed the world
Let them know it's Christmas time again
Feed the world
Let them know it's Christmas time again

Lyrics:
(Gordon Lightfoot)
As every day goes by
How can we close our eyes

(Burton Cummings)
Until we open up our hearts

(Anne Murray)
We can learn to share
And show how much we care

(Joni Mitchell)
Right from the moment that we start

(Dan Hill)
Seems like overnight
We see the world in a different light

(Neil Young)
Somehow our innocence is lost

(Bryan Adams)
How can we look away
'Cause every single day

We've got to help at any cost

We can bridge the distance
Only we can make the difference
Don't ya know that tears are not enough

If we can pull together
We could change the world forever
Heaven knows that tears are not enough

It's up to me and you
To make the dream come true
It's time to take our message everywhere

C'est l'amour qui nous rassemble
D'ici ?l'autre bout du monde
Let's show them Canada still cares
You know that we'll be there

If we should try together you and I
Maybe we could understand the reasons why
If we take a stand every woman, child and man
We can make it work for God's sake lend a hand

Lyrics:
Nur paar Breitengrade tiefer
Paar Längengrade, dann nach links
Stößt unsere Phantasie an Grenzen
Dort wo die stummsten Schreie sind

In Labyrinthen unvorstellbar

Gebete an Dämonen Götter

y no dejar jamás (Vicente Fernández)

(guitar solo by José Feliciano)

(everyone)

(everyone)
Cada vez somos más
y si al fin nos damos la mano
Siempre habrá un lugar
para todo ser humano

(everyone + José Feliciano)
I will sing, you will sing
And a song will bring us together
And our hopes and our prayes
We will make them last forever.
Cantaré, cantarás
y esa luz al final del sendero
brillará como un sol
que ilumina al mundo entero
Cada vez somos más
y si al fin nos damos la mano
Siempre habrá un lugar
para todo ser humano.

As it seems, there were serious disputes beetwen some artists during the recording.
